Returns – Online Store
According to the law, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving goods purchased online.
Returned goods must be:
- unused, undamaged, in original packaging
- sent back to the address: Haštalská 1072/6, Prague 1
- accompanied by a completed withdrawal form (available HERE)
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Returns of personalized or hygienic products (e.g., worn earrings, opened cosmetics) are not accepted.
Product Complaints
Defective products can be claimed within 24 months of receipt.
We will assess the complaint no later than 30 days after submission.
We recommend completing our complaint form (available HERE) and sending it via email to info@rokohouse.cz or including it with the product to the showroom address.
The requested resolution may include: repair, replacement, refund, or discount – depending on the nature of the defect.
